Minneapolis, MN - Dr. Gregory T. Mesna announced the introduction of Smartlipo™, Cellulaze™, and PrecisionTx™ laser contouring treatments into his Minneapolis practice, Mesna Plastic Surgery. Each of these treatments uses an advanced laser workstation developed by CynoSure, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of light-based aesthetic treatment systems. The integration of this state-of-the-art technology into his practice reflects Dr. Mesna’s ongoing commitment to providing his patients with the most revolutionary and highly effective surgical and non-surgical procedures available.
The Smartlipo™, Cellulaze™, and PrecisionTx™ procedures join the suite of skin and body contouring treatments already available at Mesna Plastic Surgery, including CoolSculpting® fat reduction and Exilis™ skin tightening. Dr. Mesna’s extensive experience in using sculpting systems allows him to customize treatments to the unique needs and goals of each individual patient.
Each of the newly available treatments uses a specific laser wavelength to target different areas of the body with extraordinary precision and create improved contours:
- The Smartlipo™ laser-assisted lipolysis system zones in on localized deposits of fat, liquefying accumulated fat cells and allowing for their safe removal. Smartlipo™ is often performed in conjunction with traditional liposuction to remove unwanted fat from the chin, cheeks, abdomen, arms, waist, back, thighs, and other areas of the body.
- Cellulaze™ laser cellulite treatments effectively target the fibrous bands responsible for the skin indentations seen in cellulite while simultaneously tightening the skin. - The PrecisionTx™ laser system is ideal for the elimination of fat and the refinement of the skin in smaller areas, including the neck, jowls, and jawline.
